Security Deposit and first month’s rent are due at the time of rental. The rental agreement is month-to-month with no long-term commitment required and a minimum rental period of 30 days. To cancel your rental agreement, simply submit a 30-day notice through your online account. Rental fees are billed monthly and due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made conveniently online, and auto-pay is available for hassle-free account management.


*24-hour access is available for tenant convenience. However, to help maintain a quiet and secure environment for all customers, access between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM should be limited to one visit of 30 minutes or less.
